Anthill Collective is a social research and design agency partnering with governments, charities and socially-driven organisations. Our Directors build out our team on a client-by-client basis, hand-picking experienced teammates tailored to the needs of each project.

  • Will Bibby

    RESEARCH DIRECTOR + CO-FOUNDER

    Will is an expert in social innovation and supporting organisations harnessing the power of people in the design and delivery of their services. He has led multi-million pound innovation programmes and has over a decade of policy, research and design experience across the public, academic, and third sectors.

    Will has supported dozens of organisations to develop and grow their ideas to reach more people and has worked with councils and charities to design and deliver programme evaluations and learning reviews to help them understand and increase their impact.

    Will has led major policy and research projects on issues including people-powered public services, early years support, youth mentoring, and digital exclusion. He has also written a number of high-profile reports, such as The People-Powered Shift, Digital Inclusion in London, and A Roadmap to Halve Schools Exclusions by the End of the Decade.

    Will has worked with Nesta, Essex County Council, Australia’s Prime Minister’s Department, and the University of Oxford, where he also completed a research master’s.

  • Brittany Noel Taylor

    DESIGN DIRECTOR + CO-FOUNDER

    Drawing from over a decade of experience leading policy and design initiatives at companies like Meta, Instagram and Pinterest, Brittany brings user and community-focused design thinking to complex problem solving.

    Past work includes leading Meta’s policy response to on-platform interference in the 2016 US presidential election and redesigning Pinterest’s UX navigation system.

    Brittany holds an MSc in Policy and Economics from Oxford University with a focus on research methods.
