Anthill Collective is, well, a collective, meaning we tailor our team to suit the specific needs of each client. We might need a quantitative analyst on one project, and a design-thinking expert and theory of change specialist on another. Our hand-picked group of specialists jump in to support the projects where they’re needed most—each member is an expert in their domain, bringing unique perspectives and experience.
