Designing for Digital Inclusion

Anthill Collective partnered with the London Office for Technology and Innovation to evaluate a digital inclusion triage program, being piloted across four London boroughs.

Project goals

Lorem ipsum project goals go here.

Our work

Mixed methodology research planning and facilitation, with quantitative and qualitative feedback analysis.

Theory of change design with corresponding policy recommendations.

Diving into research

First, we worked with the London Office for Technology and Innovation to define key research questions. Then, we co-designed an evaluation and learning framework, and created a theory of change.

We used a mixed methods approach to research—hosting semi-structured interviews with practitioners, running a phone survey with residents, and doing quantitative analysis of project data.

Collating learnings

After data analysis, we produced an in-depth evaluation report with an executive summary, key recommendations for future digital triage projects, and case studies from each borough.

Building a theory of change

Using learnings from the qualitative and quantitative research, we designed a theory of change that paved the path for actionable recommendations.
